Being both musician and technician, Partev is co-producer, mastering engineer and graphic cover artist for the Kibbey's Dream CD's by Walter Kibbey for retail release, including Transistor City, Lover's Tree and the upcoming Power Lines.
Walter's first public offerings Transistor City was released 29th December 2006 and Lover's Tree which was released 14th February 2007 are available on CDbaby.com.
As Walter's associate producer, Partev Barr Sarkissian handled the mastering chores, put the finishing touches to the audio and graphics cover art design for Transistor City and Lover's Tree. Walter's next offering Power Lines is in progress now and is expected to be released sometime in 2009.
Kibbey's Dream is the artist's name of all Walter Joseph Kibbey recording projects, Kibbey Songs is the music publishing company of Walter Joseph Kibbey and Kibbey Records & Media is the record company of Walter Joseph Kibbey. All Rights Reserved ©2006, a BMI affiliate songwriter since 1981.
Partev Barr Sarkissian is a long time friend and associate of Walter Kibbey since their days as crew for Iron Butterfly (1975-77), Magic (1977-78), Gold (1978-79) and crew (and sometime musician) for John Koehring (1976-79) at Bushwack Studios. Partev has worked with Walter Kibbey on his seven Kibbey's Dream CD albums since 2005.
Sadly, Walter Joseph Kibbey passed away from complications due to cancer, 29th March 2007. He left us happy in the knowledge that before he passed, he got to see his first two CD's retail released to the public for all to enjoy. Rock-in-peace old friend.
